of your shipment, in it's original condition, and in its original

Safe Order Process:

out our online order form, all of your personal information including
credit card number, name, and address, is encrypted so that it cannot be
read as the information travels over the internet to our server.
Secure Credit Card Data:
In addition to 2 firewalls to our server, the credit card data you submit is completely secure because we don't keep it. Once an order is processed,
all credit card numbers, expiration dates, and CVV codes are permanantly deleted from our database.

Returns:
Unshipped
Items:
You may cancel unshipped items at any time, simply call us at
1-800-530-9530 with your order number and we will cancel your order
immediately.
Exchanges:
If you ordered the wrong product and wish to exchange it, simply return it
for a refund, and order the correct item from the web site.
Return Procedure:
To return an item, please give us a call at 1-800-530-9530, tell us the
problem, and we will give you a return authorization number (RMA) as well
as the shipping address to return it to. Please do not ship items back
without the RMA number as this will delay or prevent processing.
Packing and Sending your Return:
Wrap all packages securely and insure the item for the purchase amount
with the carrier. This is a nominal cost and will protect you in the event
of carrier damage. We cannot be responsible for items damaged in shipment.
For collated fasteners, we require items to be packaged in a box over the
original packaging. Failure to do so can result in the fasteners being
broken apart, and partial, or no credit will be given.
Refunds:
We will refund you in the same form of payment originally used for
purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. Items
that are in un-sellable condition, damaged, or are missing parts, will be
charged a re-stocking fee equal to the parts and labor needed to restore
it to a sellable condition. |
