At Air-Nailers.com, your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, in it's original condition (like new), and in its original packaging for a full refund (less shipping). Items showing clear signs of wear and tear or dirt will be charged a percentage for return. (See Refund section at the bottom)

Safe Order Process:
Our secure socket layer (SSL) software with 128 bit encryption is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure transactions. When you fill out our online order form, all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, is encrypted so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the internet to our server.
Secure Credit Card Data:
In addition to 2 firewalls to our server, the credit card data you submit is completely secure because we don't keep it. Once an order is processed, all credit card numbers, expiration dates, and CVV codes are permanantly deleted from our database. The only information we retain is our customers names and addresses for customer support.
Shipping Policy:
We process and ship all orders within 24 hours during normal business hours, Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm central time excluding national holidays. Orders places before 1:00 PM central time are usually shipped the same day if all the items are in stock. Orders placed after 1:00 PM central time are usually shipped the next business day. All items on the website are usually in stock, if however one or more of your items are out of stock, we will contact you with the option of either holding your order until all items are in stock or cancelling your order. We will not bill your credit card until the items are ready to ship. We cannot ship partial orders. Orders are shipped using the service level chosen at checkout. We currently use UPS and the USPS for our shipping.
Returns:
Unshipped Items:
You may cancel unshipped items at any time, simply call us at 1-800-530-9530 with your order number and we will cancel your order immediately.
Exchanges:
If you ordered the wrong product and wish to exchange it, simply return it for a refund, and order the correct item from the web site.
Return Procedure:
To return an item, please call Tom at 1-800-530-9530, tell us the problem, and we will give you a return approval as well as the shipping address to return it to. Please do not ship items back without approval as this will delay or prevent processing.
Packing and Sending your Return:
Wrap all packages securely and insure the item for the purchase amount with the carrier. This is a nominal cost and will protect you in the event of carrier damage. We cannot be responsible for items damaged in shipment. Please ship speedheaters back in the original packaging. Failure to do so can result in broken infrared tubes or worse yet a broken tool.
Refunds:
We will refund you in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. Items that are in un-sellable condition, damaged, or are missing parts, will be charged a repair fee equal to the parts and labor needed to restore it to a sellable condition.

Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect visitor's contact information (like their email address) and financial information (like their account or credit card numbers). Contact information from the order form is used to send orders and information about our company. The customer's contact information is also used to get in touch with the visitor when necessary. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services.
Sharing of Customer Information:
We will never share, sell, or make available any customer information including email addresses to any third party unless required by law under a court order.
Cookies:
Our site uses cookies to keep track of your shopping cart only. We do not profile or record any visitor activity except counting page views (hits) and this is not tied to any personally identifiable information.
Financial Data Storage:
Credit card data is only stored from the time a customer places an order until we process and bill the card. After the order has been processed our system deletes the credit card information from our database. No credit card information is stored in the shipped order database.
